Admittedly, we’re a small studio – we wouldn’t have it any other way. The folks you talk to on the phone are the same who will be putting pencil to paper on your behalf. In order to offer the best service possible, we’ve formed a strategic partnership with a wonderful web developer (see sidebar). In addition to world-class design, we can now offer Search Engine Optimization and Content Management Services.

Our core design team consists of Jory Raphael and Alysia Catalfamo, with additional support provided by the fine folks at LandWorks – our parent company. We’re Graphic Designers, Illustrators, Landscape Architects, Planners, Parents, Children, Performers and Athletes.

Jory Raphael Founder, Designer, Pixel Pusher, Vector Tweaker

Sensible World was founded by Jory Raphael as a way to provide beautiful and informative designs to clients large and small. Jory was recently the Communications Chair for the Vermont Chapter of the AIGA and is part of the crew at 5by5 Studios, providing podcast artwork and designs.

Jory holds a degree in Performing Arts from Colby College and the National Theater Institute and brings his love of the arts, both visual and performing, to all aspects of his designs. He finds inspiration in his beautiful wife, daughter and newborn son.

Alysia Catalfamo Designer, Layout Maker, Kerning Queen

Alysia joined the Sensible World team in 2009 and helps in all aspects of project creation and execution. She is a graduate of RIT with a degree in Graphic Design and has a knack for layout and the printed word. When not in the studio, you can often find her enjoying her love of the outdoors.
